The Bristol Hotel Dubai

Stayed in this hotel. Liked the location. Loved the humble and kind staff at Front office specialy Laxita, Robin, Pranav and Manager MS. Yogini. Breakfast was good at restaurant Neha was nice at restaurant always had smile on her face. Enjoyed our stay all over.

Having to be at 4 o'clock at night to sleep because we couldn't sleep in our room because of the entertainment. It's a really bad hotel. When we complain, they don't reduce the volume of the entertainment. :(((((((((((

Perfect location, can take metro from the airport and is close to metro stop to see the whole city. Ricky at the bar was awesome, and Palak the front desk was super helpful!

Laxita is a very gentle and professional lady. She has treated our corporate group so well. Would highly recommend The Bristol for future use.

Rooms are spacious but you can hear the loud music from bars at night. Non smoking sign board written outside the door but there was an ash tray inside and slight smell from cigarette. Breakfast is ok but there was an expired croissant served. I approached one of the waiter to inform him and he just said it was put in the fridge 😁 He only removed it when I insisted it is not ok to serve expire foods regardless if it was kept in the fridge or not. The guy in the egg station is using bare hands in putting the condiments and spices.

This hotel is a complete disgrace, it's not a hotel anyway because it's impossible to sleep. Until 04:00 at night, loud sounds from the 5 nightclubs in the hotel come to the rooms. Even though I complained to the hotel many times, they said they couldn't do anything. Also, it is not a hotel where you can come with your family.

Honestly, I was going through the reviews about this hotel. Now that I am checked in, I can attest and justify the low ratings made. Also reviews were a little bit suspicious especially the positive ones. ABSOLUTELY horrified. The moment we stepped into the hotel, I knew there was something wrong. Although the prices were really great, I did not expect what was about to unfold. 1. Rooms were really spacious. It had this antique smell of old wood though. 2. Loud noises (really loud as if I had a speaker in my room) playing until 3AM. Noises also coming from above. 3. This was the worst and unacceptable. AIRCONDITION was not working! Tried calling the reception, 100000x but no answer. We were soo tired of the trip to Dubai and decided to let it go for the day and complain first thing in the morning. 4. As mentioned above. No one answers the reception phone. I tried everytime from 11PM onwards till now which is 04:35AM (tried one last time just to verify my comment above). I don't believe in the saying "you get what you paid for". As a hotel rated "4 star" (apprently) I had different expectations. I stayed in hotels offering the same price range but never had to go over this ordeal.
