Not worth to stay in JLT, PAID 9.5k + no service in service appartment, TV won't work useless to stay in armada, they won't even refresh tissue paper. Please don't prefer to stay in Armada

It is dirty, there is bugs in the kitchens (I change the room but unfortunately still bugs ) , the staff has stolen my engagement ring. I went crying to the lobby nobody helped me, so after few days going every day to ask to give me back my ring the manager gave me an appointment I explained to him the situation. He know that his staff are robbers and do nothing . A shame . Don’t go there , they will stole you everything.

Insects are everywhere. No phone available in apartments to call for support. Service desk representative was good but overall experience was not satisfactory.

The worst service EV...

The worst service EVER , the reception was soooo RUDE , they made an early check-out for our guest without our official confirmation, I requested the manager number to raise an official complaint they refused to give us, the room was dirty. This is the worst service that I have ever dealt with in Dubai.. This kind of attitude ruined Dubai hospitality for our guest. Now I will raise an official complaint for them being a fraud, by making a checkout without an official approval and not making a refund!!
