Not even one star was not deserve this branch in Burjuman Metro Al ansari exchange Last night I paid my sss account in Philippines and today receiving a call from Al ansari exchange that my transaction was rejected because of the negligence of their staff one digit number was missing and one of the in charge name " SAYED" USELESS MANAGER IN CHARGE . He doesn't know how to assist the costumer. I will never came back again being pregnant woman should be treated nicely in my 13 years in dubai this is the first time some one treated me like this. Worst service even to my family and friend we will
not recommend this exchange anymore. Worst service.....!!!!!!

I am so disappointed...
I am so disappointed with the service I received. I gave all the details and inquired and confirmed multiple times what is the best way to transfer money from Dubai to India as it is an urgent case. And the teller who is an Indian (I assumed he should know best because it is a transfer to his home country) suggested a method that is the fastest way (instant transfer) and now, the next day, they have called me to say that i have to cancel the transfer because the instant transfer is not allowed. Neither will they rectify the problem on the call, they want me to go to a branch. Such a hassle because it is an urgent transfer and now they said it will take another 2 days before the transfer will be received. So disappointed. This is such a simple process. Very very disappointed.

How is it possible that turkish Lira in 2 different Al Ansari Exchange branches have 2 different rates within a matter of few minutes? "The buying rate is negotiable", this is what the representative at the Al Ansar Exchang branch Burjuman claimed brazenly
