THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE WPS AND REQUIRING, NOT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Very bad customer service.I'm waiting 15 minutes in the queue,not respecting to the customer he closed the counter,and asking me to again go to new queue and wait.

Costumer services is very bad.

I was so disappointed on how they answers phone calls, we were asking and inquiring about our salary issues, but they were so rude enough to answer without asking what the real matter is.. then they were laughing on the lines coz the one who was inquiring cannot speak right in English, is that how you treat your customers? Better look at yourselves first before acting such ways...Me aren't perfect and all of you aren't either.

I tried to pay a company by depositing in their bank account. Sharaf exchange told me they do this transaction and it will be transferred within one day. I accepted and handed them the payment, however my money never came to the company's bank account. And whenever I check with Sharaf exchange they say that the money is out from our system and is already transferred, although the company was claiming that nothing came to their bank account. Asked them for an official letter which confirms that they sent the payment to the bank so that I check with the bank and defend myself against the company but they refused. Five days problems with them and couldn't get my money back except by rising a claim from police. By police actions they called me and gave me my money back within 10 minutes although they were claiming that my money was already transferred and out of their reach. I am gonna be kind and assume that there was a problem in the system and try not think that they were trying to rob me. But even if that is true they still deserve less than one star for waising my time and effort and creating problems between me and the company I was trying to pay. Worst experience ever

Bad behavior of lady staff there with customers. @ 17oct morning

Staff behavior is unprofessional and security guard attitude unfair with customers. Dealing customer rudely and over the phone giving incorrect rate (high transfer rate) when come to branch, refused with offered transfers rate.

Rubbish not receiving only sending wasted my quality time.

The cashier named ‘Sara’ was very rude . She doesn’t know how to interact with people . I am sure this is not her first compliant. Just because of her I won’t be using you guys and will not recommend any of my friends and family . This is for Al muteena branch located in Madeena supermarket .
