The staff and Dr.Vito at vets and pets clinic are the BEST! From the moment we walked in the door we were helped by the Dr. And the staff. The great care and compassion that was offered to me and Luna was extraordinary and what a relief to finally find a caring team. I’m probably not much different than most pets owners , being overly protective and sensitive when it comes to Luna but I can guarantee you that you shall never worry with Dr.Vito. Thanks again for the team and the Dr. for all the updates, for comforting me and Luna and for the amazing service provided today.

Thank u for taking very good care of my furr baby for the last 3 days. Great care personally by Dr. Vito toward the medical case of my 4 legged. He followed up on his improvement & explained my options. “Vets & Pets” outstanding team was always following up through WhatsApp on his well-being. Thank you for all the staff. My dog ( 12 year old yorkie) visited Vets and Pets for the first time because I needed a second opinion as I was referred to a dog neurologist but was sceptical about the referral. I saw Dr Vito , he was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time and explained endlessly and very patiently on treatment options and how to move forward. However, the lady at the reception, makgethoa was the reason I made the appointment with dr Vito in the first place. She was so amazing and extremely helpful with loads of advice and support. She was able to assist me and book the earliest slot available with the dr. I must say, Vets and Pets are not my registered clinic but I would highly recommend the clinic as I am extremely happy with the way my dog was handled as well as the treatment of my dog and the advice I received. My dog is old and gets very nervous around drs in general but the whole staff were super with him. I have gone back for a follow up as well and will continue to visit the clinic in the future for any issues I may have.

Worst Vet in Dubai, poor service, never available for urgent cases. our cat was diagnosed with Kidney failure, no treatment supplements were prescribed asking us to deal with it as if it’s a normal situation. they even ignored our request for the medical report for us to be able to see another vet. Purely commercial!

They were highly recommended by friends and they didn’t disappoint. The clinic is warm and welcoming. The staff is caring. The exam room i was seen in was specially dedicated to cats and i don’t think i’ve ever seen my cat that relaxed at the vet. Dr Vito took time to examine and explain everything. All together, it was a great experience for both myself and my cat. Highly recommended ❤️

I'm incredibly thankful to have found Dr. Vito sooner. My Rottweiler was dealing with severe arthritis, and after visiting four other vets in Dubai, none seemed willing to dive deep into helping her...none of the other vets really cared... But meeting Dr. Vito was a game-changer. I'm never going to switch vets again—I'm genuinely happy to have him on our side. I don't think theres many vets out there, who take their time to sit down with you and go over x-rays. Thanks to Dr. Vito's extensive knowledge in arthritis, my Rottweiler is thriving now, enjoying a better quality of life in her later years. It's not just about the incredible expertise; you can feel the profound love he and his team have for animals. The whole team, being friendly and supportive, adds to the incredible experience. Dr. Vito and his equipe are fabulous, very attentive with all our dear pets, very professional and caring. By far the best Vet we have had until now. The surgery explanation was excellent and made us feel very at ease. The clinic itself is very nicely furnished and clean with separate waiting rooms according to the different pets. There is also an outdoor cosy waiting area for the winter. Highly recommended. Thank you Dr. Vito!
