This was my first time visiting the vet with my cat and let me tell u they were so cooperative with me the whole time the whole staff was just Soo so helpful not just when I was at the vet even after I left I asked them hundreds of questions on WhatsApp and they answered each and every on of them they even helped me with my bill , if I could I'd give them more than 5 stars all the interns and doctor were really really good

Amazing and best vet clinic I must say in Dubai which is open 24/7 as I took my dog’s in emergency at 3am.Great staff and service. I definitely recommend for basic consultation and checkups. Got my puppy checked and got full vaccinations till date. Thank you 10/10 🐶❤️

The staff and Dr. Hassan handled my cat with so much care and spoke to me about my cat without judgement. It’s probably the first time I’ve ever seen my cat come out of his carrier on his own. And first time that a vet has been able to carry my cat. I’m genuinely so happy with the care and service from the clinic and will probably be taking my cat in for routine checks here from now on forth.

I cannot say enough about these guys, but I'll keep it brief. We found out that our 3yo English Bulldog has heart failure. He is being treated at DKC by Dr Julia and Dr Stefano. The level of care and attention to detail from all of these guys is amazing. I wouldn't put him anywhere else. Such a great clinic.

We visited clinic in Arjan Super Vet Pet Clinic 24/7 as emergency they did test for Giardia and it were negative. They suggested to do IV fluids (the dog was in very bad condition as well as scared). However, 3 doctors can’t find the Jack Russel’s vein (which is the most visible through all breeds). They asked us to go out of room that they can put catheter. Its impossible, if you can – you can to put catheter. UNPROFESSIONAL STUFF

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS VET AT ALL COSTS. We took our pet to this vet for urgent care at 2 am. They gave her three shots, two of which were BOTH anti-inflammatory medications that are NOT supposed to be taken together (Melvet and Dexafast). This could lead the dog to serious life threatening complications. Moreover, the table where they did the check up was EXTREMELY unhygienic. Please take your pets somewhere else to avoid complications or god forbid your pet's death. In Europe the Dr. would be axed from practicing for this mistake.

i firstly thought not to leave any review but then i thought not to let things repeat what occurred with me, small dove bird which was not showing any signs of death but was little weak because i made it bath with warm water a prevoous night, died within 2 to 3 hours after the check up. believe me it would have survived if i had not been for treatment to this clinic. bird was taking it's food, only thing was, it was sitting in just one place till 3pm since morning because of bath,i made him have in the night. i am also stupid but i found it in parking area and for 3 days, it was doing so well but i made it bath 4th day to clean food from his body parts. bath was only with warm water, nothing with soap. it did survive after bath from 6pm a day earlier till 3 pm next day, but the dose given by doctor killed the bird within 3 hours as soon as he got conscious. really sad but doctor is more responsible than me, i made worst mistake blindly trusting him, that's all..

My dog was attacked yesterday while we were out for a walk around 6:30pm by a dog that wasn’t wearing a leash. I panicked when I noticed that my dog got a deep bite and tried looking for the nearest vet clinic. Almost all clinics were already closed that time but thank god I found Super Vet Clinic open 24/7. I was near crying and they didn’t hesitated helping me. Thank you to Laiba and Doctor Umar for helping us and for being so professional and making sure that me and my dog are being taken care of. In just a few hours, my dog was stitched up and ready to go home.

I took my bunnies for mite treatment However, their expertise do not lie in exotic pets. My bunnies didn't recover from mites despite of exorbitantly priced drops and ointment prescribed and the vaccinations injected .Eventually I had to take my pet to an exotic pet specialist. Nonetheless , the staff is cordial and seems to be professional . For clarity in any sort of communications regarding the treatment , I would recommend Dr. Abdullah as he is fluent in English .The clinic is conveniently located with 24/7 service.

The staff at this veterinary clinic was friendly and efficient. They took good care of my pet and provided clear explanations of the treatment plan. I appreciated their expertise and dedication to animals. Highly recommended!
