I watched Aquaman I...

I watched Aquaman I enjoyed the movie but I was amazed by two superstars *Aisha* was amazing to attend us with her warm welcome & her skilled are properly detailed.! & *Nicholas* he’s very kind & professional about he’s work he listens to me & my friends very calmly & truly understand what we exactly need Thanks Guys for making our experience memorable ✨✨✨✨👍👍👍👍

Recently, I had a very bad experience and I wanted to share my feedback regarding it. There have been instances where people remove their shoes and place their feet on the seats next to them. This not only creates a stinky and unpleasant atmosphere but is also disrespectful to others. I kindly request that you consider implementing a policy to discourage these behaviors. It would greatly contribute to a more enjoyable and hygienic cinema environment for everyone. #keep_it_clean_and_frech

Good place for 2 to...

Good place for 2 to 3 hours entertainment. The theater's seats are cozy,Food is good and reasonable. The online ticket collection is a good option. Maintaience thier is very good and the staff are very helpful. Cinema hall has a very good feel and ambience. Waiting area is very spacious with comfortable seats. Food section have so many options but my favourite is caramel popcorn. The only problem is how late movies starts.

I am not in the habit of leaving reviews, but I need to commend Godfrey at MOE Vox Cinema; his customer service was exemplary. he went out of his way to change my seat and make sure I was satisfied once the movie started. I am in the leadership skills training business. he is management material. well done VOX and Godfrey.

After trying the Reel Platinum Suites, I’ll be a loyal customer to VOX cinemas. We tried the Theater experience and the seats are way more comfortable, so are the blankets and pillows. The quality of the food is really, really good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The bathrooms are super clean. Definitely worth every penny!

Very nice and beauti...

Very nice and beautiful cinema with friendly staff at entrance but as with all Vox Cinemas, staff at popcorn/snack counter are always rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. They want you to beg each time for a drink holder/carrier and then say it is not available, so you have to carry the cold icy drink in your hands all the time until you are seated in the cinema hall. I'm sure it should be possible to have drink holders especially single ones in stock and the price of the drinks are expensive enough to justify providing a drink holder without having to ask.

I am Vox Cinema cust...

I am Vox Cinema customer for 10 years, at least especially mall of Emirates branch , now I am facing the worst service ever , i’ve been waiting for exactly 25 minutes to get my beverage , there is a long queue to get my turn , And the staff are too slow , Even though I booked tickets online, I ordered snacks at the counter. However, the situation is the opposite in competing cinemas.

Me and my daughter tried the THEATRE cinema for the first time and it's worth it. The experience is so great. We've been given a complimentary drinks and staffs are very friendly . Kudos. Definitely we will come back

Just chill and enjoy the movies here .. Lovely place to watching Hollywood movies The effect from Dolby you will live inside the movie .. Service is very easily accessible you can buy tickets in counter or their self service machine just S easy pesesy . Snacks options available . Seats were little bit straight if it were reclining means much comfortable. Over all super experience..
