The star should be a 1-star or 2-star hotel. Because the toilet gate is Brocken but not fixed.

Dubai's best place is the Deira Dubai for the cheapest living. But, Deira is a minimum of 2 km from BOONMAX HOTEL L.L.C Hotel.

Very bad service,very bad room, dirty room very disappointed. I don't will recommend this hotel it's so dirty
And they token my money I canceled the reservation and they didn't give me my money back

Hotel Is Good If The...
Hotel Is Good If They Provide You Good Room, I changed 4 times, after that I got a good room, But 1 Thing I Liked There Was Hotel’s Staff Very Friendly And Calm Specially Mr. Hamid and Other Service members.

Ever had bad experience on call i reserves the room and when i call them before check in they dont know how talk with customer and also they dont have manner at end time they said they dont know about booking what they are joking to customers non serious staff teach ur staff how to talk with customer

Very very bed servic...
Very very bed service.we reach 12am and we check in 3am we wait 3house because thy saying system is not working …on respetion staff is so rude at all no costumer respect… left is so dirty bed smelly .and colidoor smell like smokes…room so dirty …tv is not working because no wifi at all ..because thy say there is some issue..I pay 336.darham but thy deserve 50 darham only so bad at all ..I will not suggest anyone thanks you

Unadvisable at all
I paid 208 AED for very bad service
The indian receptionsit with glasses , doesn't care about greetings customers and he doesn't care of checking in same time
He was talking with his colleague with hijab , about their issues and they let me waiting fort check in for 5 minutes and no care at all
They print every ID upon check in and the problem they put it on the reception counter , everyone can see it , which is unconfidential & unsafe
The bellboy went with me to the room after check in and he didn't want to go , i thought he will sleep there 🤔🤨🤨🤨 , like beggin for tips , not good
Reception is not presentable and the staff are not greeting custmers especially the indian guy with glassed (rude)
Need more training honestly
My words and respect to the managment of this hotel to take care of reception , is not good really

Room was so dirty on the walls and the bathroom with black discusting marks , curtains are not covering the windows wel , which is unsafe the the facing buildings

Hotel is hospitality , so when customer approches reception , eye contact and give importance and smile
