To be honest after so many years of staying here in UAE looking for the best dental clinic, Dr. Joy Dental Clinic is the best dental clinic we’ve ever had! From facilities, cleanliness, the staffs and Doctors, they are the best. We always comeback to their clinic even when we now live in Abu dhabi. They just continue to give 100% in their service up until now. Today my son’s paediatric Dentist, Dr. Ratna Priya handled him with so much patience and even extracted his tooth skilfully without him knowing what was happening. Cant be thankful enough. Thank you Dr. Ratna Priya and to your assistant!

My one star is because it is so difficult to contact this clinic! It’s incredible that in this day and age they don’t have a direct phone number for the branches. They are super slow in responding on the whatsapp number and when you call toll free - all agents are busy is what you’ll get as their recorded message. I called a few times today and each time same response. You can choose the call back option and they’ll give you the shortest call on earth as a response - my phone rang for less than 10 seconds before they hung up!! I’d just picked up the call and yet they’d hung up already. It’s an absolute shame! I’d got recommendation for a particular dentist at their clinic but seems their administration is in shambles if they can’t even manage a proper way for someone to reach the clinic!!

Both my children had the brace journey with Dr Era. She has been so professional and patient throughout. All the staff at Dr Joy umm suqeim are friendley and approachable.It has been a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to recommend Dr Era and Dr Joy Clinic umm suqeim to my friends and family.
