This review is about Sharaf DG's Online shopping. Purchased 3 items on the 28/04/2020, showed that it was in stock on the website, its out of stock now and estimated delivery shows 20/05/2020, every day the estimated delivery date just moves on further, they are selling things they don't even have in stock and now sit with my money and I am, waiting for something that if I knew it was going to take this long I would have just bought it from carrefour. the online chat is not very helpful and I feel they are over whelmed by everyone upset for long delays on receiving items. I did manage to cancel my order but twice I called I had to wait for 30 minutes to reach a call centre agent. I will definitely not order online from Sharaf DG ever again. I understand that its not the best time but transparincy from the beginning of the purchase and selling items that's actually in stock would have made it better for both parties instead of wasting my time and me wasting theirs.

I love the architecture of the metro stations in Dubai. located in Dubai red Metro Line .is near to internet City and mall of the Emirates.Neat and clean .Beautiful and inspiring like all other stations........

Very bad experience when I purchased a TAB I took warranty for one year paying extra money for the front screen break, staffs with a lot of false promises. It took 15 days to get back after repairing promised me max take 1 week, it is too long 15 days? I suppose to travel because of this extended. I really disappointed with their services 0 customer care Sharaf DG management should educate customer care in a better way proactive

Station including Wash rooms looks clean. But It's very hard to get taxi cabs from here.Better to book taxi cabs before alighting Mashreq Metro.

Neat and clean . They have in store shop. Msshrsq located in Dubai red Metro Line .is near to internet City and mall of the Emirates. Has wheelchair accessible entrance both side. Escalator also there.

This was the nearest Metro station to where we stayed. Nearly all metro stations in UAE are identical so not much of a difference in terms of experience. Metro routes are clearly shown. Arrival times are clearly shown. Overall it's pretty easy to figure out the schedule and find where you want to go. If you are likely to travel frequently it is advisable to get a Metro card as just as it's convenient the rates are about 1/2 of a regular ticket. There are automated ticket machines as well as counters to assist with information. Counters can have a bit of wait time.

One of the Best Service you will be getting in the Mashreq Metro Station Ticket Counters, If you are visitor/tourist of the Dubai, They just dont give you tickets , They guide you for taking tickets. I had a good experience during my travel, they suggested me multiple time without any hesitation. Good Service Team...
