No towels, reception is rude, room service very week, room floor dirty carpet, very small washroom with disaster glass door of shower ... stay away

Don’t ever think of...

Don’t ever think of coming to this hotel, I have seen an African bouncer for the bar fighting the guests of the hotel, imagine that, hotel guests and the bouncer is for the bar, then the reception along with the security instead of de-escalating the situation, started giving more provocation. Worst hospitality in Dubai.

I never had such a b...

I never had such a bad hotel with bad service with no hot water and they a night club in the hotel, which it’s have every night a party not just at the weekend, so you can’t sleep, cuz the music is so loud and the swimming wasn’t working, they send to an another hotel to swim, and that’s all wasn’t in the description of the hotel. It is just the worst ever. If you wanna to destroy your vacation in Dubai go to this hotel. Never again.

I booked for a room...

I booked for a room so I can enjoy my rest day but what happened was complete opposite there was a drilling work starting from 10am until the evening. I tried calling their reception several times to complain but there is no action. Very bad service. Will never book for this hotel again.

Nice and clean hotel...

Nice and clean hotel with all services, only when we were in the hotel the swimming pool wasn't open. The only problem in this hotel is there is music and DJ sounds coming to your room from down stairs bars. The staff were friendly with us.

***This hotel doesn'...

***This hotel doesn't care about its customers. and no good service.*** This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. This time it was worse than before. I was staying on the 2nd floor and the music was too loud because this hotel has many nightclubs. Because of this I couldn't sleep until 5 in the morning. Even if you complain they said we can't do anything, they even told you can complain to whoever you want, we don't care and the swimming pool is not working.

I do not advise anyone to go to this hotel, as it is the worst hotel ever. The receptionist is completely unqualified to deal with people, room service does not answer the phone, the rooms are not completely clean, there is constant noise next to the room, there is no Wi-Fi service, there is no parking, and they refuse visits.
