REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. Noone informing that you have to ask for cancellation after your contract is done! THEY NEED 30 days notice, Just paid last payment today and informed them, but since its 25 days notice and not 30 they are making problem out of it and I have to pay again for cancellation. Even during my membership I moved from Dubai to Ajman, tenancy contract was under my friends name and they did not let me cancel it,only agreed to move membership Sharjah. EVEN ITS 30 KM AWAY FROM MY HOME (both Dubai and Sharjah branch) which as per their rules can be cancelled. REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS GYM THIS KIND OF THINGS DO NOT HAPPEN NOWHERE.

Awful experience. Upon asking around, I found out i’m not the only one and many people had the same issues as me. Horrible management, no policies in place, all they care about is scamming you for as much money as they can. Be careful if you’re thinking of this gym

After a long wait, two new rope cables have been added. I'm hoping that the gym will install a sledge machine and two more leg press machines. There is only one leg press machine at the gym, and it is really difficult to get on it since everyone wants to use it specially during rush hour and with so many ladies, only one leg press is not ideal.

Best gym in Sharjah. Good thing they have a yearly plan cause it keeps me consistent. They have free Zumba, Yoga, martial arts sessions and other things once you're a client of theirs. It's also a lively atmosphere with lots of nice people, love it.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ENROLL WITH THIS GYM Extremely disappointed with GymNation's membership cancellation procedures. The auto-renewal policy is deceiving, automatically extending memberships without clear disclosure during SIGN-UP. There sales people are really scamming people to just enroll and when you enroll and PAY they become very RUDE. The cancellation process is deliberately complicated, with limited reasons provided, and essential information hidden from potential members. When canceling, members are forced to navigate a maze of requirements, including a 30-day notice period and a final payment demand, indicating a blatant disregard for members' needs and concerns. GymNation seems more interested in squeezing out every last penny than providing fair and transparent service. The workers do not enforce and check if people are taking pictures or not. This is very Devastating. Best gym in Sharjah ❤️❤️ I just wrote that this is the best gym in sharjah as class and activity but REALLY it is WOREST one eveeeeeer 😡😡

The place itself is great ;equipment etc. The instructors are wonderful. The rest of the staff, however...unprofessional doesn't even cover it. The 'accounts' department and the reception... Wait till you ask them to cancel your membership. I, myself am epileptic(have been for 8 years)This isn't something you keep going to the doctors for. You have your medication and certain precautionary measures. The lighting there isn't exactly seizure friendly(I didn't realize it until I spent my 1st hour there.) Since I had never faced this problem, I didn't know it would be one. I read a lot of reviews regarding this but I didn't consider them to actually bully their way through to scrape money off their members, NO MATTER WHAT. I had to keep my accounts frozen for 3 months, simply because I couldn't afford to visit a neurologist and get a 'detailed note' at the time. You'll respect their 'policies' but they'll keep finding ways to ignore their customers and find loopholes, no matter how immoral. I asked my key doctor (who is mostly abroad)to send a detailed note to help me out with this issue (I sent it to them)and they responded with ' It has to be from a doctor in UAE, it has to be stamped' and gave me a 'LIST' of things the doctor needed to write down in the note, otherwise the membership cancellation request would not be accepted. The lack of empathy (logic even)is INSANE. There are QUITE a few reviews that agree. I'm actually still trying to resolve an issue with them, after 4 MONTHS. Ridiculously close to reaching out to UAEs consumer protection services. Pathetic customer service and staff training for a 'well-known' gym.
