My experience at the jumeirah branch was fantastic. The ladies at reception Meliza, Polina and Pascale were very helpful and responsive on WhatsApp when needed. Dr. Harris and his assistant were fantastic and the dental hygienist whose name I forgot was great and very thorough. Would definitely recommend!

Dr Ahmed El Sayed is the best dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He’s very knowledgeable and super professional. He fixed my veneer and implant problems perfectly. Problems I have faced due to the negligence of previous dentists. Thank you Dr. Ahmed

My experience was very successful starting from the nice lady who picked the call Ms. Laila as she addresses my inquiries in a nice professional way I asked her many questions about my dental issue and she responds to all of my questions with patience and kindness until I reached the clinic and meet Dr. Tomas and I were happy with the treatment I had with them . I would be very careful of considering this clinic for Invisalign. I saw them in April and their advice was contrary (even laughed at) by western trained Australian orthodontists. The patient/doctor experience was terrible (orthodontist seemed disinterested, texting while telling me which tooth she wanted to extract, taking personal calls). I asked for a second opinion from another orthodontist at this practice and her opinion was as again completely different to what I was told in Australia, and to her colleague. Overall an experience where I left with absolutely zero trust that they had my best interest at the forefront of their mind.

I was looking to replace my silver fillings to something more aesthetically pleasing. Dr Ahmed gave me a few options that would work depending on my budget. He is so knowledgeable and gentle. He would make anyone feel at ease. I couldn’t be happier. Looking forward to start the treatment soon. Clinic itself is very welcoming. And the staff helpful.
