Had a really disappointing experience. A staff member had agreed to hold back the last stock item for me to collect the following day and when I returned back, it had been sold.

I had very bad experience with ordering online from kiehl's I have ordered more than one week and still didn't receive my order I have spoke to 3 customer service agents to check what is going on and they said that there is a technical issue with the website and they will get back to me with the update and till now I didn't even receive an email from them.

My recent visit to Kiehl's on the night of September 17th, 2023, was regrettably marred by subpar customer service. The attendant on duty failed to deliver the warmth and attentiveness that one expects from a brand like Kiehl's. Throughout my visit, it was clear that the attendant lacked enthusiasm and was unwilling to engage with my inquiries. This lack of interest made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer, significantly impacting my overall experience. In an establishment as renowned as Kiehl's, exceptional customer service is paramount, and regrettably, this particular visit fell short of those expectations. Despite this disappointing encounter, I continue to appreciate Kiehl's products and their commitment to quality. I hope that Kiehl's takes this feedback into consideration, especially regarding their night shift staff, and works towards ensuring that all customers receive the warm and attentive service they deserve. It's these finer details that leave a lasting impression on customers, and I believe Kiehl's has the potential to excel in this regard.

One of my favorite skin care brands. I often buy it here. The sales are very friendly and professional. They did a free facial skin diagnosis for me and advised me the right care. There is one girl who speaks Russian, which is very helpful. Everyone else has excellent English 👌🏻
