Miele Experience Center

The Miele Experience Center exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped inside, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me through their impressive range of appliances with genuine enthusiasm. The showroom itself was impeccably clean and well-organized, allowing me to easily explore the various models on display. What truly stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction - they patiently answered all my questions and even offered personalized recommendations based on my needs. I left feeling confident in my purchase decision and excited about incorporating Miele appliances into my home. This experience has certainly made me a loyal customer!

Visited the store and was blown away by the Miele Experience Center. The layout is impressive, showcasing their top-notch appliances in a stylish setting. Miele products are extremely good no doubt about but i advise you to buy the products if available from other shops than miele shop because they customer service is very very very bad I purchased a vacuum and a washing machine they called one day before to tell me the delivery will be at 12 pm and the technician will come between 5 pm and 6 pm i made it clear to them that i have work and i cant sit waiting in an empty house for more than 4 hours so i postpone to the next day between 11 and 12 pm Early that morning i called to reconfirm but they told me that they are unable to send me the technician because it's not available after i complained the came back and told me ok we will send the technician at the same time but surprisingly they only delivered the Washing machine without installation I called and called and called they kept telling me he is coming in 15 mn then 20 minutes and later 30 minutes Now it is 12:45 and no technician showed up.I left my work and responsibilities and sitting in the car hoping that maybe they will show up but nothing. To think that miele brand with its notoriety has such a poor service is not acceptable They give a bad name to the brand and i will never ever buy from them again because they are extremely unprofessional and have no regards for their clients.

I recently got all my home appliances from Miele (hob, freezer, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher) I'm extremely not satisfied with the induction hob "Induction hob with onset controls" and I don't recommend it 1. They say you can use 6 pans. Well It is impossible to use 6 pans at the same time while cooking. You can maximum use 3 pans/ pots because there isn't enough space to place more than 3 medium pots/pans 2. Suddenly while you are cooking, it switches off 3. The hob can not detect small pots for example if you are using turkish coffee pot, you need to move it like 3-4 times for the hob to detect it. Its only made to detect medium to large pots/ pans 4. Lets say, you're frying something, if oil gets to the surface of the hob it stops working 5. It can be scratched even if you are using high end stainless steel pans

I bought multiple appliances from Miele. There has been some miscoordinations, lack of communication for the installation appointments, but the technician Mohamed Tabrez was fantastic. He always kept me updated when he is coming, how far he is, and he showed such an impressive professionalism in installing the machines, helping other plumber on site with his knowledge, finding solutions, and going the extra mile, that made me obliged to put this review. I wish all technicians were like him.

Great service from Miele technical team, especially Mr Tabriz, who came and serviced our appliances, always responsive and helpful! He went extra mile to waive the charges for minor spare parts and fixed our dishwasher perfectly! Keep up the fantastic work!!

There is no proper after sale service. My warranty was expired and they didn’t communicate back to ask if I would like to renew it and I contacted them since 22 Oct till today am still waiting for their team to come and assess

Bought the triflex cat and dog cordless vacuum cleaner. Excellent vacuum but Terrible battery. It runs out in less than 1 hour in eco mode. And if your using it on full / boost (level 3) it won't last more than 10 minutes. I called Miele and complained. They sent Jason their technician immediately. Jason was very professional and sympathetic. The only solution is to buy a spare battery. Knowing this is an inconvenience he spoke to his supervisor and got me a 40% discount. Advise to Miele, when selling this product inform customers of the battery and provide a second battery. I was going to rate Miele a 3 but the quality of the overall product, support team response time, and Jason figuring out a way to keep me happy, I give Miele 4.5 stars.
